• RCPS welcomes clinical placement applications from trainees who are attending approved or accredited training courses.
• Group interviews take place throughout the year.  Individual interviews may follow if necessary.
• Trainees must be DBS checked and have relevant insurance.
• We offer trainees up to 3 clients.  
• The work will generally be open-ended and, as such, we ask for a commitment to the service of at least 2 years. 
• Previous clinical experience, while desirable, is not essential.
• Trainees must be available on Tuesday mornings to attend fortnightly group supervision which include both qualified therapists and trainees.  This is free of charge.  
• CPD sessions are offered, when possible, to all RCPS therapists.
• Successful candidates will receive an induction.  They can then participate in supervision while waiting to be allocated clients.
